Part of Route 24 Closed Sunday Night after Pedestrian Struck
The road was closed in Edgewood after 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
One person was hospitalized Sunday night after a pedestrian was hit in Edgewood, emergency officials said.
The crash between a vehicle and a pedestrian was reported on MD Route 24 northbound between MD Route 7 and Edgewood Road shortly after 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
As a result of the crash, one person was taken to a regional trauma center, according to Harford County Volunteer Fire & EMS.
Route 24 was expected to be closed for several hours as police investigated, Harford County Fire & EMS reported at 9:25 p.m.
