Man Found Shot on Sidewalk in Edgewood Homicide: Sheriff
The victim was a 19-year-old man, the Harford County Sheriff's Office said.
The Harford County Sheriff's Office was investigating a homicide in Edgewood Wednesday night.
At 9:41 p.m. on Wednesday, deputies responded to the 400 block of Meadowood Drive for a report of shots fired, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.
Officers found a 19-year-old on the sidewalk who had been shot, the sheriff's office said. The man has been identified as Delmonta Deemonyae Leon Young, of the
800 block of St. George Court in Edgewood, according to the sheriff's office.
Paramedics were treating the man, who was in grave condition, the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company reported at 10:04 p.m.
At 10:35 p.m., Young was pronounced dead at Upper Chesapeake, according to the sheriff's office, which is continuing to investigate the shooting.
