Fire Station Tours on Sunday

The Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company will hold its annual open house Sunday.

The county's most active fire department—and one of the busiest in the state—will hold its annual open house Sunday.

The Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company, along with the Forest Hill substation, will give tours of its stations and the life-saving equipment from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. Sunday. Firehouses at 109 S. Hickory Ave. in downtown and 27 East Jarrettsville Rd. in Forest Hill will be used for the activities.

Multiple demonstrations will also be performed involving automobile extractions, live fires and a K-9 police dog.
