Teen Accused of Rape To Appear in Court Thursday

Kyle Reddish, 16, has been charged as an adult with raping a Patterson Mill High School student.

 

The  as an adult with raping a 14-year-old fellow Patterson Mill High School student is expected to appear in court Thursday.

Kyle Burnett Reddish of the 200 block of Kensington Parkway is scheduled to appear at 9 a.m. Feb. 16 for a pretrial conference in , according to court records.

Reddish, who was the , was indicted on two counts of second-degree rape, two counts of second-degree sex offense and single counts of third- and fourth-degree sex offense, second-degree assault and unnatural or perverted practice, court records show.

The case stems from an alleged incident in September that reportedly took place in the girl's home one night after Reddish against , according to charging documents.
