Tractor Trailer Overturned by Bel Air Bypass
The incident was reported Monday afternoon.
The Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company reported at 12:30 p.m. Monday that the southbound ramp to the Bel Air Bypass was closed.
A tractor trailer had flipped on its side near the ramp from Rock Spring Road to the Bel Air Bypass, according to the fire company.
