The criminal jury trial for 17-year-old Robert Conley Richardson III was initially slated to begin next week, but has since been postponed. A separate hearing in the case is scheduled to take place Jan. 16 with a criminal jury trial scheduled for May 14.
Richardson, of the 800 block of Moores Mill Road, was indicted in February on charges of first- and second-degree murder and felony use of a firearm in connection with the shooting death of his father, Robert Richardson Jr., on Jan. 9, 2012. He was 16 at the time of the shooting.
The younger Richardson had a history of running away from home. Friends and supporters have alleged the younger Richardson experienced abuse at the hands of his father and those circumstances lead to the fatal events of last year.
Richardson has been held without bail at the Harford County Detention Center since his arrest.
The other two kids should be in jail too.
I bet you're a liberal. Go seek mental help.
