Two Arrested in Bel Air Stadium Vandalism

A Bel Air man and juvenile were charged with trespassing and destruction of property.

A Bel Air man and male juvenile were arrested and charged after allegedly vandalizing .

Richard Gabriel Bullinger, 18, of the 600 block of Harvest Court in Bel Air, and a male juvenile were charged with trespassing and destruction of property, following an investigation that included the Bel Air police school resource officer.

On June 18, stadium trash cans were damaged and spray paint was found on the tennis courts, press box, bleachers and artificial turf. Damages totaled about $6,900.

The graffiti was later power-washed and removed, .

Bullinger was released after posting $5,000 bond. The juvenile was released to his parents.
