Adolph Files for Bel Air Commissioner Race
No other candidates have filed as of Monday night.
Bel Air has its first candidate for the upcoming .
Greg Adolph, who lost the 2009 election for one of two vacancies, filed just before 5 p.m. Monday, Town Clerk Joyce Oliver said.
The seats of Commissioners Terence Hanley, Edward Hopkins and Robert Reier will all be on the Nov. 8 ballot.

Chairman David Carey and Commissioner Robert Preston defeated Adolph in 2009 and have two years remaining on their terms.
The filing deadline for the non-partisan election is Oct. 7. Candidates must be registered voters and have lived within town limits for at least six months prior to the election.
Town Hall will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 7 to allow for late filing. There is a $25 fee.

Adolph was not reachable for comment Monday night.
