Harford County Council To Talk Bonds, Post-Employment Benefits
The Harford County Council will meet in council chambers in Bel Air Tuesday night.
The Harford County Council will hold its first legislative session of the new year Tuesday evening.
The meeting is slated to begin at 6 p.m. in council chambers, located in the building known as the "Black Box" at 212 South Bond Street in Bel Air.
