Bel Air, Harford County Recognize Veterans Day
Veterans Day is Monday, Nov. 11, 2013.
Bel Air and Harford County are holding ceremonies to honor veterans on Nov. 11.
At 8 a.m. Monday, the Harford County Marine Corps League will lower the flag that its members raised Friday in front of the Harford County Government building in Bel Air.
Bel Air Legion Post 39 is having a Veterans Day ceremony at 3 p.m., according to The Aegis. That will take place in Memorial Gardens, 809 Rock Spring Rd., Bel Air.

Also, the following will be closed for Veterans Day, which is a federal holiday:
- Harford County offices
- Harford County courts
- Harford County Library system
- Harford Transit bus service
- Harford Waste Disposal Center and Tollgate facility
