Red Pump Developers to Present Plan for 40 Townhouses

There's a community input meeting on Monday night about the development project.

The community is invited to meet with developers Monday night in Fallston to hear about plans for a new townhouse community off Red Pump Road.

Developer Frederick Ward Associates of Towson proposes building 40 townhouses in a new subdivision called "Red Pump Crescent" on 9.3 acres between the Marywood development and Blake's Legacy, according to The Aegis.

The location is 414 Red Pump Road, south of Rock Spring Road/MD Route 24.

A new bus stop would be located on Red Pump Road, based on a meeting between developers, transportation authorities and the Harford County Board of Education, according to the Harford County Department of Planning and Zoning.

The meeting where the public will get an idea of the developers' concept will be at 6:30 p.m. on Monday at the Fallston Public Library, 1461 Fallston Road, in Fallston.
