Harford Bank says the two-term town commissioner owes more than $600,000 for a loan on which he allegedly defaulted.
Two weeks before whether to elect Terence Hanley to a third consecutive four-year term, the town commissioner’s hearing for a $600,000 goes before a judge.
He has been accused by Aberdeen-based of missing loan payments in four consecutive months. Judge Stephen Waldron is expected to preside over the 11 a.m. hearing.
