UPDATE: Wednesday Closings, Delays in Harford County

Harford County Government is opening at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Liberal leave for county employees is in effect. Essential employees should report to work.

Town of Bel Air offices will open at 10 a.m.

Harford County Public Schools is on "code green" Wednesday, meaning schools and offices are closed; all evening activities are canceled; essential personnel report for duty; daycare is canceled; and no second-shift custodians are on duty. Schools were already closed for students Wednesday for professional development.

Harford Community College is opening at noon on Wednesday.

Harford County senior centers are closed Wednesday.

The Chenowith Activity Center in Fallston will close at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. All Fallston Recreation Council programs are canceled Wednesday evening. 

Aberdeen Proving Ground will be operating on a four-hour delay on Wednesday, meaning nonessential employees should report for work four hours later than their usual start time. Essential employees should come in on time. Liberal leave is in effect.

For state of Maryland employees, liberal leave is in effect from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Essential personnel should report to work.

Federal government offices are opening two hours late, and employees have the option of unscheduled leave or unscheduled telework.

Harford Day School will be closed Wednesday.

The John Carroll School will be closed Wednesday.

Cecil County Public Schools will be closed Wednesday for students. Offices will open at 10 a.m.
