Multiple People Involved in Edgewood Stabbing:…

Nominate the Best Consignment Shop in Bel Air

Let us know the best consignment shops in Bel Air so we can put it to a vote and find out which is the Readers’ Choice 2012 winner.

Where can you find the best consignment shop or thrift store in Bel Air?

Patch is relaunching its Readers’ Choice program and we’re asking you, your friends, family, neighbors, coworkers and anyone else who knows the about consignment shops to nominate the best spots in Bel Air Patch.

We’ll keep accepting nominations through July 9. After that, nominations will be closed and we’ll start the voting, so make sure to get in your favorites now.

All you need to do to nominate a business is to add it in the comments below.

If you already see the business you want to nominate, make sure to add your comment about why it should be included, because we may not be able to add all businesses to our poll and we want to make sure the top ones make it into the poll.

Thanks in advance for your participation.

PS: Sign up for the Bel Air Patch e-mail newsletter to find out when the voting phase starts so you can support your favorite institution in the Readers' Choice contest.

A friend just showed me this site was up for comments. With all due respect to those who may know or have had exceptional experiences with this company, my first (and probably last) experience ever with a consignment shop was with Painted Daisy Consignment Boutique. I saw they were a small up-and-coming business and took four large Home Depot moving boxes full of HUNDREDS of pieces of name brand clothes along with some Dooney and Bourke purses and they donated them the next day without even trying to sell the items or contacting me. I'm not usually a person to bring issues to face, but they refuse to give me a copy of my contract (which they said would be emailed), there has been no admission to guilt, or even an apology. They simply blame it all on me. Not sure what I did to deserve this, but I hope nobody else has to go through what I went through. My initial focus was to help a small business as I grew up the daughter of a small business owner of over 20 years. Author, if you want the full story, please feel free to contact me.

A comment from Scott Hoffman was deleted because Patch can find no litigation pending in MD, therefore the comment violated our terms of use.

First, you're delusional if you think the GOP is going to end up with 60 seats anytime soon. Second, you have little grasp of Senate proceedings. Good try, though. http://www.house-loops.com/
