Dog Rescued

BAVFC Saves Dog

Here is a good news story that we thought would be nice to post. While coming back from a trash fire on the evening of November 4th the crew from the Bel Air VFC brush truck spotted a man trying to catch a dog in the middle of Churchville Road at Lee Way. The crew stopped to help and found the dog had a collar with an address. They loaded the dog in the brush truck and took him back to his home where he was reunited him with his owners. Good job Sgt. Aaron Bellmyer and Lt. Tony Petralia.

Great job guys!!! And another big thanks to the staff at the Bel Air Volley house for allowing me to charge my cell during the storm, and to the young ones for keeping me entertained with your stories and fresh perspectives!!
