The college plans to name the fitness center in the newly renovated Susquehanna Center after Dixie Construction of Churchville as a thanks for the company's donation, according to a release from the college.
The remaining $100,000 will go to the college foundation's unrestricted fund that, "provides resources for scholarships/grants, innovative teaching grants, faculty and student travel, building restoration, and information technology enhancements," according to the release.
Both Diane Dixon, the company's CEO, and her General Manager husband, Dave Dixon, are HCC alums.
