County Executive David R. Craig will address the potential negative budgetary impact the shift of teacher pensions to Harford County will have, should the Maryland General Assembly adopt the Governor’s recommendation. Jesse Bane, Mary Hastler, director of Harford County Public Library and Randy Cerveny, President of the Harford County Education Assn. will join Craig at the conference which will be held in the Harford County Board of Education A.
