“The Highlands Walk” Groundbreaking

The Highlands School will break ground on Friday, April 8, 2011, for the construction of “The Highlands Walk” stepping stone walkway and courtyard. When completed, the walkway will include 1006 personalized engraved stones and a seven foot Highlander statue as its centerpiece.  The objective of the program is to make this unique education available to those who need it, not just those who can afford it. The goal is to raise more than $400,000 for needs-based scholarships.
