Fallston Hockey Club In Semifinals Friday

Harford County's only public school hockey team is playing in Waldorf Friday night.

Harford County's high school club hockey team is playing in a state semifinal tonight in southern Maryland.

The Fallston hockey team plays Queen Anne's County in a Maryland Student Hockey League Class 1A semifinal in Waldorf at 6:45 p.m. Friday.

Standings last updated on Feb. 15 showed Fallston, with a 6-3-0 record, as the No. 10 team in the state. Queen Anne's was ranked No. 13 with a 7-3-0 record. The standings take into consideration strength of schedule.

Queen Anne's defeated Fallston, 2-1, earlier this season.

Fallston won the state championship two years ago.
