Forest Lakes Elementary Closed on Thursday
Harford County Public Schools announced the closure Thursday morning.
Harford County Public Schools planned to open two hours late Thursday, but one school in Forest Hill would not be opening at all.
Forest Lakes Elementary School was closed for the day due to a mechanical failure in the building, Harford County Public Schools spokeswoman Teri Kranefeld said.
Officials announced the closure at approximately 10:30 a.m. Thursday.
