Employees are on code green, meaning essential personnel should report for duty, and the school system said Monday morning that essential personnel should await further instructions on reporting times.
Daycare and evening activities are canceled; and no second-shift custodians are on duty, according to Harford County Public Schools.
The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning for Harford County Monday morning, stating that 4 to 6 inches of snow are expected before snow tapers off Monday afternoon.
