Harford Schools Opening Late on Monday
The school system made the announcement Monday morning.
On Monday, Harford County Public Schools will open two hours later than normal.
In addition, there will be no morning half-day prekindergarten. Early intervention programs are canceled on Monday.
The afternoon half-day pre-kindergarten program will operate on a regular schedule.
