HCPS Hosts Cyberbullying, Bullying Seminar Thursday

Harford County Public Schools focuses on bullying in a Thursday meeting in Bel Air.

For parents concerned about bullying and cyberbullying, Harford County Public Schools is holding a meeting to help.

The county's Special Education Citizen Advisory Committee (SECAC) will hold a seminar on Thursday in Bel Air to discuss the issue. Bob Benedetto, the chief of safety and security for the school system, will speak on bullying and cyberbullying.

The presentation will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the board room at the A.A. Roberty Building at 102 South Hickory Ave. in Bel Air.

Light refreshments are available early during a socialization period before the meeting begins.
