Power Outage Closes William S. James Elementary
The Abingdon school was closed Wednesday, Nov. 27.
William S. James Elementary School was closed as the result of a power outage, Harford County Public Schools reported Wednesday morning.
This was the second elementary school closed this week because of a power outage. On Monday, Jarrettsville Elementary was closed when it lost power.
The school closures fell on an already shortened week. Harford County Public Schools will be closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving. On Wednesday, all schools were slated to close two hours early.
