Ring Factory Vandalism Cleaned

The Harford County Department of Parks and Recreation removed the graffiti.

What appeared to be spray-paint on property was cleaned off Monday.

A shed on a baseball/softball field adjacent to the school was . Harford County Department of Public Works officials used paint thinner to clean the shed Monday.
