At , raising $2,000 will get you three wheels—a school principal on three wheels, that is.
This year Bel Air Elementary students collected Box Tops for Education as a fundraising project.
"What we did is I challenged them, if they would raise a certain amount of money then I would ride a tricycle," Bel Air Elementary's Principal, Robin Payne, said.

As promised, Payne climbed on board a red tricycle and cruised down Lee Street and through the school parking lot to a soundtrack of cheering students.

Payne explained the event was bittersweet because this school year marks the end of her time at Bel Air Elementary. Effective July 1, Payne will transfer to .
"It's like my parting fun thing to do for them," Payne said.
