Saying that Jeff & Richard are extremely passionate & knowledgable about taking athletes to the next level is an big under statement! These guys are the real deal and Havre de Grace athletes have an unbelievable opportunity to work with people that truly care about taking people to the next level. Hands down, if you are a serious athlete, in order to play your sport in college or the professional level, it is imperative that you enroll into the Get Fit Boot Camp under the direction Jeff Brochu & Richard Simpson! To the parents of young athletes: Time goes by so fast, so if your child aspires to play any sport at the next level enroll them immediately and don't wait another minute. Stress to your young athletes the importance of being trained specifically for their sport. I know so many people that wish they would have done more when they were young, many people will say if they would have had this opportunity that they could have been great, well folks here it is, no excuses, the most intense trainers are now at your disposal. Take advantage while you can and take your game to the next level. Chad Blevins Varsity Baseball Coach Havre de Grace High School
