C. Milton Wright Wins Best July 4th Harford Marching Band
The Mustangs have won the trophy for best Harford County marching band in the Bel Air Fourth of July Parade four years in a row.
C. Milton Wright was named the top Harford County high school marching band in the Bel Air Fourth of July Parade this year.
The local band was awarded the Harford County High School Bel Air July 4 Parade Trophy.
This is the fourth consecutive year the Mustangs have won the award.
