Better Furture for Bel Air Economy?

Harford County real estate information

Well, we are half way through this summer and I am sure we could all use a nice cool breeze right about now.

I hope this report send some relaxation and confidence your way. I am not taking a stand and saying we are out of the woods yet, but we are starting to show some small signs of a real estate rebound and now is a great time to take advantage of low rates and stabilizing prices. So, without further adieu, here are the June real estate stats for Bel Air.

Let me know what you think of these numbers. Do you feel better about the future, worse or the same?
