BLOG: What are Realtors Required to Tell You?

Earlier this week I spoke about the in Joppa. Now I want to address the responsibility of licensed real estate agents in regards to items that may or may not detract from a buyers' interest in a property. There are varying opinions about this, but the law is clear as to what a Realtor is to do. I've expanded on this topic on my business blog site, but I wanted to ask you, the public, what you thought about this.
