September was a busy month and showed some promise in the real estate industry locally and nationally. I am not one to jump up and down at the littlest sign of economic improvement, but it is beginning to look better and better. I am seeing homes sit on the market for less and less time, sales prices are increasingly closer to the actual listing price and buyers are beginning to realize that interest rates are at all time lows while the inventory of homes is low also.
