Well, the Ravens won the Super Bowl, we have thus far dodged a rough winter and real estate is gaining momentum. Like the Ravens’ double overtime win over the Denver Broncos, the real estate market has had its ups and downs, but in the end, we can all come out of this winners.
Recent results have all pointed to a shift in momentum from being a buyer’s market to a seller’s market. Rentals are going absolutely crazy! Rent is on the increase.....
