July is over and the summer of 2012 is on the verge of going into the History books. While there are still many things to be negative about regarding the state of the economy, the continuing political feuds between the right and left and the flurry of tradgic events that have occurred in CO and other places around the world.
One thing that we cannot complain, too much, about is the local real estate market. While I am the 1st person to remain subdued over any positive signs and am the last to declare a market recovery, all of the numbers are pointing to an upward trend. Whether this trend will be sustained is another story, but for now, we are better off, real estate wise, than we were a year ago.
