Happy New Year! December ended on a somewhat flat note....which is actually good. The December real estate statistics remained flat with the previous quarter, meaning we did not feel the normal holiday drop. Stats continue to show that with the ever so slight increase in sales, inventory continues to drop. This is leaving home buyers with fewer and fewer choices.
