Bel Air Marine Honors Soldiers
Shamrock Park's Memorial Day celebration was highlighted by a local Marine's speech.
Lt. Col. David Kramer will retire in July after serving in the Marine Corps for 22 years. On Monday he shared his memories with hundreds of people at in downtown Bel Air for the annual Memorial Day ceremony.
Although Kramer has lived in Bel Air with his wife and four children for just two years, he said the town is special to his family. He asked the audience to remember those still serving and thanked the "heroes" in attendance who he spoke to before the event.
