Where to Pick Your Own Pumpkins Around Harford County

Celebrate fall with a pumpkin, hayride and more.

Get into the fall spirit by visiting a pumpkin patch, enjoying a hayride and stuffing a scarecrow at these family friendly venues.

Brad's Produce in Churchville
Take a hayride across the farm and over a creek to pick your own pumpkin. Hayrides are offered from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. There's also a corn maze and straw maze, plus apples and apple cider. Fresh produce and flowers are sold in the shop.

Harman's Farm in Churchville
On Saturday and Sunday, take a free wagon ride to the pumpkin patch and pick your own pumpkin from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Back at its shop, Harman's sells a variety of pumpkins in varying shapes, sizes and colors, including white ones for painting. There's also a corn maze and swing set for the kids and a produce market with fresh fruits and veggies.

Applewood Farm in Whiteford
There's a petting zoo. corn maze, model train, lawn bowling, reindeer antler toss and more. The farm is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. It's $3 to get in and admission is free for those younger than 3 years.

Huber's Farm in Kingsville
Every weekend in October, Huber's Farm offers pick your own pumpkins, scarecrow making and hayrides (including a haunted hayride).

Weber's Cider Mill Farm in Parkville  
Enjoy hay rides, hay maze, barnyard fun, trips to the "pumpkin palace," cider doughnuts, caramel apples, Weber's own BBQ turkey, and more. In addition to fresh produce at the farm market and cider mill and yummy desserts at the country bakery, Weber's also offers fall harvest days and a pumpkin festival.
