Not even worth a star. They are terrible with alterations and have never completed any alterations on time or to a satisfactory level. When asked about redoing or fixing a poor alteration, they refuse to redo their work. I had two shirts ruined (one burned and one with stains) and was told that they were unwilling to try and take the stains out of the one shirt. Their customer service is worse than poor.
