This company told us our cabinets would be delivered in 8 weeks, they came in 13 weeks later and they tried to get out of any sort of compensatio. After much yelling at us from the manager, ERIC, who is incredibly arrogant, they finally gave us a 10% credit on a $20,000 purchase after we told them to cancel the order if they weren't willing to compensate us in any way for their mistake with understanding how long the cabinet making process for their vendors truly are. This is not enough for being out of a kitchen for an additional 5 weeks. Never go through their contractor TONY EDWARDS either. Horrible service. He laid our entire kitchen and dining room tile and the entire floor crackled 4 TIMES before he decided to remove the entire floor and start again. He proceeded to blame the floor on our house instead of his installation which multiple professionals have told him he performed incorrectly. The tile we originally bought was one of a kind and no longer available anywhere in the world. He finally purchased new tile for us which was half of the cost and still wants full payment. After changing the entire color scheme of our kitchen he still acts like we owe him something and he is doing us a favor. We have now been without a kitchen for 4 months now and still have no floor, sink, or cabinets. Now Tony is refusing to correct all of his mistakes. I am WARNING you NOT to USE CORNERSTONE or TONY EDWARDS.
