Bought a laptop from the store and paid for a three-year warranty. When the hard-drive crashed, which is a manufacturing defect, the store employee told me that the warranty does not cover the hard drive. What good is paying a store for a warranty if they won't cover it? I am not saying the product you buy will be defective, but steer away from their extended warranty.
