The biggest mistake of my life purchasing a car from Jones Toyota! I bought a brand new 2013 Toyota Corolla and from the very beginning it's been nothing but a nightmare! First with the sale, being seriously disrespected by the salesperson and finance department, then being promised gift cards, then told no (only to be told later it was a simple misunderstanding and gift cards given), to the wrong remote start being put in (then corrected), then trying to get credit for cancellation of my old car's Extended Warranty & GAP coverage and being mislead for weeks only to be told by the owner they won't give you what they owe you. I've been disrespected, lied to and mistreated! I cannot wait to get rid of this vehicle and will be doing so very soon! The commercial says "Jones for a Lifetime" -- for me, it would be a lifetime of pain, which I intend to not go through!
