BEWARE!!! I took my car there less then 24 hours after I purchased it and they side swiped something in it. Tired to cover it up with cheap touch up paint, buffing, and a screw to pop out the dent. I called them on the damage and they agreed to fix it UNTIL I got an estimate and they didnt want to pay that much. I am now suing them. DO NOT GO TO JONES!!!!

Since I do not see Jones Kia, which is located at 2001 Bel Air Road in Fallston, MD 21047 and phone number (410) 877-1700, I will list my complaint here. Jones Kia promises great service, but does NOT deliver. I was without a car for 4 days, the Service staff (DL & Malcolm) were very rude to me and the owners/managers (Steve Smeltzer & Pete Manzo) never returned calls or e-mails about my complaint. Stay far away from Jones Kia!
