The food is out of this world. Absolutely delicious, gourmet, creative dishes and the wine pairings are spot on. My husband is a chef at a high-end seafood restaurant in DC and I love Pairings just as much as I love his restaurant. Personally, I expect to pay this much - if not more - for the quality of food that Pairings offers. The wine shop is also nice and they have a special similar to the one at Bin 604 in Baltimore where you can get a box of a dozen pre-selected wines for about $100. My only complaint is that I wish the place was bigger! It's very tiny, so you may want to make a reservation. There is no other place like this in Bel Air.

Had a great lunch with a great friend. Everything was yummy! Definitely worth the price to get fresh, gourmet food.

Very expensive for lunch. Food was good but not great. Service was adequate. Did I mention it was very expensive!

My favorite restaurant in Bel Air for 2011

Tried once. Food was ok. Very expensive. Service was the worse I have ever experienced anywhere. We will never return. The server never removed any of our dishes after our courses. We kept trying to pin her down but she was too busy talking to regulars. For a "wine bar", I was never asked if I wanted another glass. No coffee because the owner was out of town and coffee maker was broken. They didn't know what to do. All in all it was a terrible experience for this overpriced establishment.
