When you buy a pizza here, you can actually tilt the box up and drain the grease off the top of the pizza into a cup and get several ounces. No thank you I'd rather drive miles past this place to get some decent food.

What a disaster! I placed an order inside (for a friend) and waited nearly 25 minutes and 4 times the young girls behind the counter asked me what I ordered. When I brought the food to my friend, one of the large items wasn't even there, but replaced with something else not even close to what was ordered. The pizza was also burnt. We called back and the manager did not help, so we asked for the owner. We were told to call back the next day and when we did and explained that we needed to speak with the owner and why, we were put on hold and told the owner's too busy to talk to us! Nearly $40 spent on food that was incorrect and inedible! Rest assured, we will never order from there (or any Pat's) ever again! The food is just as bad as the customer service! Avoid if at all possible!

I love Pat's overall and their food, but this particular location is unfortunately the worst I've ordered from due to the customer service. The website doesn't work properly - my order never goes through but my card gets charged multiple times. I don't mind calling to order, but I always have to call more than once because either no one answers or when they do, I get hung up on. When I do get someone on the phone, they sound like they despise their job; rude, and I don't feel confident that they even take my order properly. I've tried a couple of times with the same problem of rudeness, so I think I'll have to give up ordering from them :(
