Realizing Harford County was without a frozen yogurt shop, Yoga Fresh Yogurt opened its doors in June 2008 and has been satisfying its customers with fresh, healthy yogurt treats. Locally owned and operated, Yoga Fresh Yogurt features 100-calorie, fat-free frozen yogurt in vanilla, chocolate twist and snickerdoodle flavors. There is a wide assortment of toppings, including fresh fruit, chocolate sprinkles, rainbow sprinkles and nuts. Sugar-free options are available. Along with frozen yogurt, Yoga Fresh offers gourmet soup during the cooler months. Open mike night is held every Saturday night at 7pm.

Yoga Fresh has great food, delicious yummy yogurt, fresh toppings.... and a very loving staff that greets you with a smile when you walk through the door!
The owners and staff also generously give back to communities.....making a difference in peoples lives!!!!!!
