Harford County Schools Opening Late Friday
Freezing rain and a wintry mix caused a delayed opening to end the week.
Due to freezing rain and a wintry mix, Harford County Public Schools are opening two hours late Friday. Morning pre-K and preschool services will not be held. John Carroll School will also open two hours late, with a 2:40 p.m. dismissal for all students. Harford Day School will also open two hours late.
