Bel Air Man Charged In Carjacking

Christopher Montgomery is facing robbery and assault charges in connection with a Dec. 7 incident.

A Bel Air man is jailed pending trial after allegedly wrestling keys from a woman's grasp, injuring her, and driving away in her car. Christopher Michael Montgomery, 36, of the 1800 block of Selvin Drive in Bel Air, was charged Tuesday with robbery, second-degree assault, unlawfully taking a motor vehicle and theft between $10,000 and $100,000, online court records show. His charges stem from an incident in the Bel Air area at the end of last week. On Dec. 7 Montgomery allegedly snatched car keys out of a woman's hand, pushed past her and stole her car, Assistant State's Attorney Kemba Lydia-Moore said during a bail hearing Wednesday. The incident took place around 5:43 p.m. in the 1300 block of Scottsdale Drive, police call records show. …

Bel Air Crime: Abingdon Man Faces Gun Charges

The following are recent arrests made by the Harford County Sheriff's Office: Abingdon man charged with assault Daniel J. Trout, 42, of the 3200 block of Eastbend Court in Abingdon, was charged March 13 with second-degree assault. He was taken into custody shortly before 10:30 p.m. after a call for domestic violence at his home, according to police records. Bel Air woman arrested after missing court Rachael Nicole Collins, 26, with addresses in the 200 block of Timber Trails and the 400 block of Fox Catcher Road in Bel Air, was arrested March 14 on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with possession of a drug other than marijuana. Lawyer: Reddish Was 'Viciously Assaulted' by Accuser's Brother

A fight took place at Patterson Mill High School two days after a 14-year-old girl said she had been raped by the junior football player.

Kyle Reddish, the 16-year-old Patterson Mill High School junior charged with raping an intoxicated 14-year-old girl Sept. 17, was “viciously assaulted” two days later by the girl’s brother, the attorney for Reddish told Patch. Great comment! While my kids are grown, I am astonished at how this kid escapes prosecution in any degree. My daughter was sent home for wearing jeans with a rip in the leg. She either went home to change or faced suspension for violating the school policy! Bel Air Man Accused of Assaulting Brothers

Malachi Bodden has been charged with two counts of second-degree assault.

A 20-year-old Bel Air man has been charged with two counts of second-degree assault and one count of disorderly conduct after allegedly fighting with his two brothers. Malachi Stephan Bodden of the 800 block of Hayden Way is accused of striking his two brothers with “closed fists” in the head during an argument over “property” on July 8, according to police. When town police arrived to Bodden's Bel Air home, “Malachi Bodden was sweating profusely and had various open cuts on his knuckles,” according to charging documents. One of Bodden’s brothers told police he saw Bodden striking another brother. When he stepped in to separate the two, he said Bodden began hitting him, too, according to charging documents.
