All weekend Havre de Grace marks the bicentennial of the British attack on the city during the War of 1812 with a weekend of events. Havre de Grace also hosts the annual decoy and wildlife art festival. The Towsontown Spring Festival returns, bringing, food, music, rides and kids activities to downtown Towson. The free street festival will be held Saturday and Sunday. Friday marks the start of the annual festivities with Towson Gardens Day. Ravens Bernard Pollard, Chykie Brown To Visit Bel Air

Ravens cornerback Chykie Brown, and safety Bernard Pollard are slated to sign autographs at Dark Horse Saloon in Bel Air later this month.

Dark Horse Saloon is adding two more players to its list of recent Ravens visitors with Bernard Pollard and Chykie Brown scheduled to visit the Bel Air tavern for a signing event. Cornerback Brown and safety Pollard are slated to sign autographs starting at 4 p.m. Feb. 24, according to Dark Horse part-owner Gina Carapico. Bel Air Ravens Victory Rally Moved Indoors

The event was moved to Dark Horse Saloon in Bel Air due to inclement weather.

After rallying for the Ravens each week leading up to the Super Bowl, Bel Air is ready to celebrate the home team's victory in spite of the weather. A Ravens victory rally was initially is scheduled to take place outside on the parking lot next to Dark Horse Saloon in Bel Air, but rain and sleet prompted the Bel Air Downtown Alliance to move the event inside the business. The event takes place from 5 until 6:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8. It is kid-friendly with swag and giveaways from Natty Boh Gear, face painting, food and drink specials and raffles. At 7 p.m., following the rally Ravens tight end Ed Dickson will be signing autographs at Dark Horse, 119 S. Main Street. Tickets are $25.

Miller Gets His Bust

A state senator wants a new state bird; one man's technolgical fortress is his castle; and the Senate president feels snubbed by Obama.

It's not a statue in front of the office building that bares his name but Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller did receive a bust of himself this week courtesy of the Regional Manufacturing Institute. Sen. Kathy Klausmeier, a Perry Hall Democrat, gave a sneak preview of the small, light-weight bust of Miller moments before presenting it to the Senate's top dog. "You can't have too much Mike Miller," Klausmeier said. The technology is similar to what was used in a scene of Jurassic Park 3 where a copy of a velociraptor's larynx was recreated. The institute offered legislators in Annapolis the opportunity to have themselves scanned into a computer and get busts of themselves. Ravens TE Ed Dickson Coming To Bel Air

Dickson will visit Dark Horse Saloon in Bel Air Friday.

Fresh from a Super Bowl win, Baltimore Ravens tight end Ed Dickson is expected to stop by Bel Air Friday. Ravens linebacker Courtney Upshaw was initially expected to join Dickson at the local signing event, but a scheduling conflict prevented it, according to a post on the Dark Horse Saloon Facebook page. Dickson is scheduled to sign autographs at Dark Horse Saloon in Bel Air at 7 p.m., Feb. 8. The cost is $25 a ticket. You can get a single item signed per ticket. The tavern, located at 119 S.
