Beagle Missing In Churchville, Bel Air
Have you seen this 2-year-old Beagle?
A newly adopted Beagle slipped her collar in the Churchville area, and her new owners and shelter family are hoping for a safe return. Jolene, a 2-year-old Beagle, was adopted from the Homeless Animals Rescue Team, or HART, based in Chantilly, VA less than two weeks ago, according to HART volunteer Lorelei Pate. Jolene and her new family were visiting friends in Churchville on Tuesday, when she slipped out of her collar and ran away, Pate wrote in a message to Patch. She was last seen along Maryland Route 22 between Harford Community College and Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. The Beagle is about 26 pounds and spayed, but currently has no tags or micro chip. Jolene has been found!!! She just couldn't pass up the local stinky fried chicken the ACO put in the trap last night in a new location based on all the sightings the wonderful citizens of Harford County called in. She was caught this evening, is skinny but safe & sound & is being taken to the humane society where her overjoyed owners will be picking her up as soon as they open. So happy this girl… more ›
