Maryland State Police Arrest 8 in Traffic Crackdown
The Bel Air Barrack of Maryland State Police made arrests for drug possession and DUIs, among other charges. The following information was supplied by the Maryland State Police Bel Air Barrack. It does not indicate a conviction.
Six men and two women were arrested Friday as part of a criminal traffic enforcement initiative conducted by the Maryland State Police. Four suspects were charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance as a result of traffic stops: Rickey Recardo Jones, 36, of the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way in Edgewood; David Michael Elza, 23, of the 1600 block of Frenchtown Road in Perryville; Forman Lee Holloway Jr., 20, of Grempler Way in Edgewood; Jazmin Denise Kelley, 20, of the 1000 block of Crimson Tree Court in Edgewood. Elza was also charged with driving under the influence while Jones was also charged with possession of paraphernalia and intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance.
