Thornton, Browning to Complete Harford Board of Education

The final two members of the Harford County Board of Education have been named in time for Monday’s swearing-in ceremony. For instant updates, follow Patch on Facebook and Twitter. James Thornton and Ronald Browning, both of Harford County, will be among seven members sworn in Monday, according to Raquel Guillory, a spokeswoman for Gov. Martin O’Malley. The board capacity will reach nine for the first time in its history after the 3 p.m. ceremony in the A.A. Roberty Building. Grambo has 2 kids in public schools, and Frisch has sent two through already. I believe Hau has a couple kids as well-- but I'm not sure on that point.   more ›
